Functioning |
| |
Metering Pumps (oscillating positive displacement pumps) suck in a defined fluid volume with the back-stroke of the displacer and press it into the dosing line with the pressure stroke. The metering capacity can be regulated by adjusting the stroke volume and the dosing strokes per time unit. Thus, a constantly exact dosing is achieved remaining constant even at varying counter-pressures. |

Dosing Systems |

Dosing systems have three main advantages for the dosage of fluids compared to single components:
- No interface problems between single components
- Only one supplier and contact partner
- No own mounting works necessary. On demand, the whole system will be supplied as premounted and ready for operation or it will be commissioned by our technicians at the spot.
